A nurse, working for a crime syndicate is tending to a captured agent. He tries to appeal to her, but instead of helping he, she pulls out a blade, then injects him with paralyzing potion, chokes him out and handcuffs him so she can spend time molesting him.

Partway through the assault, he wakes up and feigns bitter acceptance as she continues to fuck him. But, as she is ridding him, he breaks out of his cuffs, grabs a knife and stabs her repeatedly in the belly. She collapses unconscious.
